DRY LUBRICATION FOR CONVEYOR CHAINS

  is a pH-neutral and fully synthetic chain lubricant, specifically designed for the use on plastic chains for the transportation of product packages in the food- and beverage industry, where an anhydrous operation is desired (PET-bottles, cans, package, one-way-glas, etc.)

APPLICATION

Automatic central dosing system:

Special brushes continuously apply a very small, defined quantity of   to each chain, taking care of an uniform distribution. This system prevents any kind of aerosols. Technically advanced control elements and valves allow a very flexible and individual fine-tuning - especially in critical sections.

Manually:

For smaller filling lines   is applied manually by spraying bottle  (at beginning of shift and then approximately every 4-6 hours).
